摘　　要：总结年产20万吨多孔粒状硝酸铵装置建成投产后存在的问题,通过对氨蒸发系统、中和洗涤系统、降膜蒸发器等存在的问题进行技术改进与创新,保证了装置的安全稳定运行,为同行业提供了很好的借鉴意义。The problems existed in a porous granular ammonium nitrate with capacity of 200 kt/a after putting into commercial production were summarized.Regarding to the problems existed in the ammonia evaporation system,the neutralization and scrubbing system and the falling film evaporator,some reformation and innovation were carried out to ensure the plant in safe and steady operation,which will provide the meaningful reference for similar industry.
