摘　　要：介绍高压洗涤器的工艺流程和工艺技术特性,从换热管裂纹和穿晶腐蚀开裂形貌分析高压洗涤器换热管泄漏的原因,阐述高压洗涤器现场更换换热管的施工方法及检测和试验情况,高压洗涤器修复后运行状况良好。The high pressure scrubber,its process flow and the process technology characteristics were described.The leakage reason of heat exchanger tube of high pressure scrubber was analyzed from aspects of the tube crack and the transgranular corrosion cracking morphology.The method of changing heat exchanger tube on site and the test method were described.The equipment is in good condition after maintenance.
