空分装置空压机轴振动异常原因分析及处理措施

摘　　要：分析空分装置空压机各级轴振动的原因,结合前期状态监测、检修解体等采取针对性的措施。机组开车后各级轴振动均有很大好转,经过2个月的运行观察,机组运行平稳,状况良好,证明措施处理到位。Shaft vibration in each stage of air compressor in air separation unit were analyzed.Combining the previous status monitored before with the disassembly condition during maintenance,specific measures were taken.After start-up,the shaft vibration in each stage was improved a lot.After two(2)months′observing,it′s verified that the compressor operation is steady,and keeps in good condition.
