摘  要:气化炉产生的煤气水经“高压煤气水汽提装置”处理,直接排放至大气已不能满足当前环保形势的需要,应用“煤化工汽提废水酚氨回收成套技术”把排放汽提气回收配置成21%的氨水销售,可改善现场工作及周边生活环境,处理后的煤气水和蒸汽冷凝液余热可发电降低生产成本。煤气水汽提装置自2014年底开车以来,经技术改造后由纯投入转变为利润产出,创造出较好的经济效益和社会效益。The coal water steam generated from the gasifier once was directly emitted to the atmosphere after being treated in high pressure coal water stripping unit.However the direct emission can't meet the present requirement of environment protection.The packaged technology of stripping phenol and ammonia from waste water in coal chemical plant was applied,and the stripping gas was prepared to make ammonia water with concentration of 21%to sale.This method can greatly improve the environment of working field and the surrounding community.The coal water after treatment and the waste heat of steam condensate can be used to generate electric power to reduce the production cost.The stripping unit after being put into use turned to be the profit unit other than the pure cost unit,and created good economic and social benefit.
