摘  要:设计了一套用于测量超导增能器束流能量的系统,并专门加工了测量装置,束流经准直后轰击金靶,通过测量散射粒子确定束流能量。探测器采用金硅面垒型半导体探测器,其信号经放大处理后进入多道分析器测量散射粒子能谱。另外基于LabVEWI开发平台,编写了测控软件,完成了束流能量刻度、能量测量和工作相位设置,并采用CA Lab方式与EPICS数据实现共享。测试结果表明:该系统测量精度高,运行稳定可靠,可满足工程实际需求。A system for measuring the beam energy of tandem accelerator superconducting booster is designed,and the measuring device is specially manufactured.The beam bombards the gold target after collimating,and beam energy is determined by measuring the scattered particles.The detector adopts gold silicon surface barrier semiconductor detector,whose signal enters into the multi-channel analyzer after amplification to measure the energy spectrum of scattering particles.In addition,the measurement and control software is compiled based on the LabVIEW development platform.The beam energy calibration,energy measurement and working phase setting are completed,and the data are shared with EPICS by CaLb.Thea test results show that the system has high measurement accuracy,stable and reliable operation,which met the actual needs of the project.
