摘 要:装配式住宅建筑中,预制钢筋混凝土楼梯构件,采用传统的板式做法,因其自重较大而给现场吊装带来负担,特别是住宅建筑的剪刀梯。论文对常规层高3 m的住宅项目预制楼梯进行了减重研究,选用双梁+薄板的做法,并利用现有材料在踏步中增设减重空腔。对减重后的楼梯进行结构性能检验,验证减重方案的可行性。检验结果表明,楼梯裂缝、挠度及承载力均满足要求。Among elements of an assembled residential building,the burden of in-situ hoisting is commonly found in precast reinforced concrete staircases,as they are,by convention,of the inclined slab type and be heavy in self-weight.This issue is even pronounced for scissor ladder in residential properties.In this paper,a study of weight reduction for prefabricated stairs in residential project with a height of 3 m is presented,in which the precast stairs are designed with side-stringer beams and thin slab,and steps with additional cavity by utilizing off-the-shelf products.The practicality of the proposed weight reduction manner is examined through experimental evaluation of structural performance of lightweight assembled stairs.The result shows that such design fulfills design-code limits on cracking,deflection,and load-bearing capacity.
