摘  要:以西安高新区华海大厦为研究对象,对屋顶带泳池结构进行抗震分析研究。工程采用型钢混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,结构存在扭转不规则,楼层承载力突变等情况,此外,屋顶约1/3面积设计有1.5 m深泳池,泳池在屋顶两侧悬挑2.5 m,泳池边际设置有12 m高的弧形幕墙。论文对结构进行了常规抗震分析研究,并探讨了泳池作为调谐液体阻尼器对高层建设地震反应的控制效果。Taking Huahai Building in Xi'an High-tech Zone as the research object,the seismic analysis and researchof roof swimming pool structure are carried out.The project adopts steel reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structural system,which has irregular torsion and sudden change of floor bearing capacity.In addition,about 1/3 of the roof area is designed with a 1.5 m deep swimming pool,which cantilevered 2.5 m on both sides of the roof,and a 12 m high curved curtain wall is set at the edge of the pool.Routine seismic analysis of the structure was carried out,and the feasibility of the pool as a tuned liquid damper was considered.
