摘　　要：对城市基础设施投资效率进行科学、合理的评价,分析并改善影响投资效率的关键因素,以提高基础设施运营管理的水平,从而提高基础设施的投资效率,促进地区经济良性发展。论文就城市基础设施投资效率评价问题进行了探讨,总结出城市基础设施投资的特点,分析了城市基础设施投资效率评价的内涵,并以我国处于不同发展阶段的70个城市为研究对象,其能体现出城市之间经济发展水平及自然区位条件的差异,在此基础上,对70个城市的基础设施投资效率进行分析总结,并提出具体的改善建议。Evaluating the investment efficiency of urban infrastructure scientifically and reasonably and analyzing the key factors affecting the investment efficiency can improve the pertinence of infrastructure management and operation,thus improving the investment efficiency of infrastructure and promoting the sound development of regional economy.This paper discusses the investment efficiency evaluation of urban infrastructure,summarizes the characteristics of urban infrastructure investment,analyzes the connotation of the investment efficiency evaluation of urban infrastructure,and takes 70 cities in different stages of development in China as research objects,it can reflect the differences of economic development level and natural location conditions among cities,and then analyzes and summarizes the investment efficiency of infrastructure in 70 cities,and puts forward specific improvement suggestions.
