摘  要:以湖南省郴州市东江湖流域三县一市为研究对象,基于WRF-CALPUFF耦合模型,对区域大气污染源布局敏感性、大气污染物聚集敏感性进行了评估,并结合区域保护地分布和城镇化、工业化开发现状及规划进行了大气环境分区管控研究。研究表明:在基础数据有限的情况下,WRF-CALPUFF耦合模型能有效识别区域大气环境布局敏感区、弱扩散区;模式识别研究区域大气污染源布局敏感区主要分布在三县一市中心城区及其他环境质量关注点的上风向区域,弱扩散区集中分布在长乐水、东江等河谷地带。综合分区结果表明:研究区域大气环境优先管控区、重点管控区总面积为2189.52 km^(2),占区域国土面积比例达25.15%,这些区域应根据分区属性实施严格且差异化的大气环境管控策略。In this paper,three counties and one city of the Dongjiang Lake Basin in Chenzhou,Hunan Province were taken as the research objects.Based on the WRF-CALPUFF coupling model,the sensitivity of regional atmospheric pollution source layout and atmospheric pollutant aggregation were evaluated.Considering the distribution of regional protected areas and the current situation of urbanization industrialization development,the atmospheric environment regional control was studied.The research showed that WRF-CALPUFF model could effectively identify the sensitive area and the weak diffusion area of the regional atmospheric environment layout with limited basic data.The sensitive areas of regional atmospheric pollution source layout were mainly distributed in the upwind areas of three counties and one city and some places corncerning on the environmental quality.Weak diffusion areas were concentrated in Changleshui and Dongjiang valley.The comprehensive zoning results showed that the total area of the priority control area and the key control area in the study area was 2189.52 km^(2),accounting for 25.15%of the regional land area.The areas should implement the strict and differentiated atmospheric environment control strategies according to the regional attributes.
