摘 要:为探究水下湿法焊接在现代工业方面的应用前景,简介了水下湿法焊接的常见问题,氢致裂纹、焊接接头质量差及焊接过程不稳定;介绍了提升水下湿法焊接接头质量的方法及原理;重点介绍了控制水下湿法焊接接头扩散氢含量、提高接头强度和提升焊接过程稳定性的研究进展,并对未来水下湿法焊接过程在工程实践中的发展进行了展望。To explore underwater wet welding in the field of modern industry application prospect,common problems of underwater wet welding were briefly introduced,such as hydrogen induced crack,poor quality of welded joint and unstable welding process.Improving principles and methods of underwater wet welded joint quality were introduced.The research progress of controlling the diffused hydrogen content of underwater wet welded joint,improving strength of the joint and the stability of welding process were mainly introduced.Underwater wet welding process for the future development was prospected in engineering practice.
