摘  要:针对某富氧铜冶炼产出的高浓度SO_(2)烟气,为最大程度降低设备投资费用及生产运行成本,摸索开发出一套短流程非稳态高浓度SO_(2)烟气转化技术,并从设计最优化和操作最优化的角度考虑,经反复论证实践,实现了在简短工艺流程下,烟气制酸系统高产能、低能耗、低成本的高效环保的烟气制酸目标。Aiming at the high concentration SO_(2) flue gas produced by an oxygen enriched copper smelting,in order to minimize the equipment investment cost and production and operation cost,a set of short process unsteady high concentration SO_(2) flue gas conversion technology is explored and developed.From the perspective of design optimization and operation optimization,through repeated demonstration and practice,the goal of high production capacity,low energy consumption,low cost,high efficiency and environmental protection of flue gas acid making system is realized in a short process flow.
