摘　　要：介绍了宣汉净化厂蒸汽系统的工艺流程,对开工中压锅炉长期低负荷运行、无法按设计要求停运,及造成蒸汽不平衡的原因进行了分析。通过采取调整尾气灼烧余热锅炉温度、优化脱硫再生塔重沸器蒸汽消耗量、调整炉类设备排污率、投用全部蒸汽透平设备等系列措施,最终成功实现了蒸汽平衡,可节约生产成本约1150.2万元/a,经济效益显著。The process flow of steam system in Xuanhan Purification Plant is introduced,and the causes of long-term low load operation of start-up medium pressure boiler,failure to shut down according to the design requirements,and steam imbalance are analyzed.By taking a series of measures such as adjusting the temperature of tail gas incinerator,optimizing the steam consumption of reboiler of desulfurization regeneration tower,adjusting the blowdown rate of furnace equipment and putting all steam turbine equipment into operation,the steam balance is finally successfully realized,the production cost can be saved by about 11.502 million yuan/a,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
