摘　　要：本文是“2021年全国数字资源保障体系重构学术研讨会”的会议评述,通过对本次会议的回顾,重点介绍数字资源保障体系重构的背景,以及在体制机制、资源组织模式、安全保障、用户服务4个方面重构数字资源保障体系的探索与建议,展现了当前数字资源保障体系重构工作在研究与实践层面的进展与创新,和对未来发展的规划与展望。This paper is a review of“2021 National Symposium on Reconstruction of Digital Resources Guarantee System”.Through the review of this conference,it focuses on the background of the reconstruction of digital resource guarantee system,as well as the exploration and suggestions on the reconstruction of digital resource guarantee system from four aspects:system mechanism,resource organization mode,security guarantee and user service,It shows the progress and innovation in the research and practice of the reconstruction of the current digital resources guarantee system,as well as the planning and prospect for the future development.
