摘　　要：运用因素分析法、层次分析法等方法,针对图书馆图书供应商不易被有效评价的问题,提出了一套科学、实用的评价指标体系,通过定量和定性的分析评估图书供应商的实际服务质量,从而更有针对性地促进图书供应商的服务能力,并依据这套评价指标体系对多家图书供应商如何分配订单提出了可行的方法,促进供应商之间良性的竞争,为图书馆管理图书供应商提供了科学的依据。In this paper,by using the methods of factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process,aiming at the problem that it is not easy to effectively evaluate the library book supplier,this paper puts forward a set of scientific and practical evaluation index system,evaluates the actual service quality of book suppliers through quantitative and qualitative analysis,so as to promote the service ability of book supplier more pertinently.The system proposes feasible methods for how to allocate orders for many library distributors,promotes the benign competition among library distributors,and provides a scientific basis for the library to manage the book suppliers.
