摘 要:目的探讨印迹基因原位检测在鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性中的临床价值。方法43例甲状腺结节手术患者的44个甲状腺结节经超声引导下细针穿刺细胞学检查(FNAC)或者粗针穿刺组织学病理检查,同时进行HM13印迹基因检测,结合穿刺及手术后病理结果,进一步探讨甲状腺原位印迹基因检测技术的临床诊断价值及检验的一致性。结果HM13印迹基因检测甲状腺结节的良恶性与手术病理检测有着较高的一致性,联合细针穿刺病理可以提高对甲状腺恶性结节的灵敏度、特异性及准确率。结论HM13印迹基因检测联合FNAC能有效提高甲状腺结节良恶性诊断的敏感度和准确度,比传统单一细胞学检测诊断具有更大的参考价值,印迹基因检测技术在甲状腺结节精准化诊断中具有一定辅助价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of imprinting gene in the identification of thyroid nodule.Methods Forty four thyroid nodules of 43 patients underwent ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC)or histopathological examination of puncture with coarse needle,and HM13 imprinted gene detection.Combined with the results of puncture and postoperative pathology,the clinical diagnostic value and consistency of in situ imprinted gene detection of thyroid gland were further explored.Results HM13 imprinted gene detec⁃tion of benign and malignant thyroid nodules has a high consistency with surgical pathology,combined with fine needle biopsy can improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of thyroid malignant nodules.Conclusion:HM13 imprinted gene detection combined with FNAC can effectively improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules,which has greater reference value than the traditional sin⁃gle cytological diagnosis.Imprinted gene detection technology has certain auxiliary value in the accurate diagno⁃sis of thyroid nodules.
