摘 要:由于超高层建筑结构要求较高,受住宅布局的影响,其墙肢往往较厚.有效使用面积小,再加上业主对容积率及住宅商业价值的极限追求,超高层住宅室内水消防设计难度越来越大。如何既能保证消防系统的合理安全性,又能有效利用建筑面积,使其经济最大化值得研究。以昆山鑫宇嘉苑超高层住宅项目的室内水消防系统设计为例,对遇到的重点和难点提出的一点思考。Due to the high structural requirements of super high-rise buildings and the influence of residential layout,the wall limbs are often thick and the effective use area is small.In addition,the owners'ultimate pursuit of plot ratio and residential commercial value makes the indoor water fire protection design of super high-rise buildings more and more difficult.How to ensure the reasonable safety of the fire protection system,and how to make effective use of the building area to maximize its economy is worth studying.Taking the indoor water fire protection system design of Kunshan Xinyu Jiayuan super high rise residential project as an example,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the key points and difficulties encountered in the process.
