摘　　要：介绍玻璃窑炉用超低渗出锆刚玉砖的制备过程,分析了理化指标和用途。此砖降低了玻璃相渗出量,可延长锆刚玉砖在特定玻璃窑炉中的使用寿命,尤其适用于特种玻璃窑炉和纯氧燃烧窑炉上部结构。A new fused cast AZS material with ultra-low exudation,which has an exclusive composition of the glassy phase,was introduced and its main properties and application were expounded.Because of smaller amount of the glassy phase,the service life of AZS products in specific glass furnace can be extended.Especially it is suitable for special glass furnace and superstructure of oxy-fuel combustion furnace.
