吡喹酮治疗4289例华支睾吸虫感染患者效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨吡喹酮药物抗华支睾吸虫临床疗效,为规范诊疗方案提供依据。方法回顾性分析2015-2020年在武鸣区疾病预防控制中心门诊接受诊疗的华支睾吸虫感染者4289例,吡喹酮总剂量7200 mg,单剂800 mg,同时服用消炎利胆片、护肝片、VitB6等药物,日服3次,连服3 d。结果华支睾吸虫感染患者中轻度占76.61%(3286/4289),中度占18.47%(791/4289),重度占4.92%(211/4289)。吡喹酮治疗1个月后复诊,总阴转率为97.53%,虫卵减少率为100.00%;不良反应发生率为10.98%,以神经系统、消化系统症状为主,症状较轻,无严重不良反应。结论中剂量吡喹酮抗华支睾吸虫治疗可取得较好疗效,药物不良反应少。Objective To explore praziquantel clinical treatment effect on Clonorchis sinensis infection,and provide a basis for standardized diagnosis and treatment.Methods 4289 cases of Clonorchis sinensis infection diagnosed and treated in outpatient clinics from 2015 to 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The total dose of praziquantel was 7200 mg,and the single dose was 800 mg.At the same time,anti-inflammatory tablets,liver-protecting tablets,VitB6 and other drugs were also taken;the treatment was for three consecutive days,three times a day.Results According to the degree of Clonorchis sinensis infection,76.61%(3286/4289)cases were mild,18.47%(791/4289)cases were moderate,and 4.92%(211/4289)cases were severe.After one month of praziquantel treatment,the total negative conversion rate was 97.53%,and the worm reduction rate was 100.00%.The adverse reaction rate was 10.98%,mainly mildly affecting the nervous system and digestive system,and no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Medium-dose of praziquantel for Clonorchis sinensis treatment could achieve better efficacy and less adverse drug reactions.
