摘  要:采用16个陆地棉品种(系)进行不完全双列杂交,按照8×8的NCII设计配制64个组合。分析F1产量性状和纤维品质性状的遗传力、一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)。结果表明:配合力方差分析显示除整齐度指数无显著差异外,其他8个性状均达到显著或极显著水平。产量性状的广义遗传力除单株结铃数外均大于品质性状的广义遗传力,籽棉产量的广义遗传力最大,为75.01%,但狭义遗传力较低,衣分的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力值均较高,分别为72.92%和66.65%。产量性状一般配合力较高的亲本是A1、A3、B6和B8;品质性状一般配合力好的亲本为A3、A5和B2。产量性状特殊配合力较好的组合为A6B3、A1B1、A6B2和A3B7,分别比对照增产9.8%、7.6%、7.1%和5.6%。这些组合具有较大的利用潜力。16 upland cotton varieties(lines)were divided into two groups of 8 and 8 respectively,were made crosses according to NCII design of the incomplete diallel cross to analysis the heritability,general combining ability(GCA)and special combining ability(SCA)of F1 yield traits and fiber quality traits.The results showed that except for the uniformity index,the other 8 traits all reached significant or extremely significant level.The general heritability of yield traits is greater than the general heritability of quality traits except for the number of bolls per plant.The general heritability of seed yield is the largest,which is 75.01%,but the narrow heritability is low.The values of broad sense heritability and narrow sense heritability of lint are both high,72.92%and 66.65%respectively.The parent with best general combining ability were A1、A3、B6 and B8 in yeild and A3、A5、B2 in tratis.The crosses A6 B3、A1 B1、A6 B2 and A3 B7 showed the higher specific combining ability of yield,which increased the yield by 9.8%,7.6%,7.1%and 5.6%respectively compared with the control.These combinations have great potential for utilization.
