摘  要:采用PEG 6000和NaCl模拟干旱和盐胁迫(在-0.6MPa等渗透势下),对9份偃麦草的株高、根长、生物量、枯黄率、质膜透性以及相对含水量进行测定,并利用隶属函数法和灰色关联度法对其抗旱耐盐性进行综合评价,筛选出表现优良的材料及关键评价指标。结果表明:与对照相比,等渗干旱、盐胁迫均导致供试种质枯黄率、质膜透性显著上升,株高、根长、相对含水量和生物量显著下降;等渗透势下,盐胁迫对各种质枯黄率、根长、叶片及根系相对含水量和叶片生物量影响高于干旱胁迫。隶属函数分析9份材料在干旱与盐胁迫下抗逆表现不一致,E13、E14在干旱、盐胁迫下均表现较优,值得进一步研究及推广。灰色关联分析结果显示,根长、株高与偃麦草苗期抗旱、耐盐关联度均较高,可作为苗期抗性种质筛选关键指标。PEG6000 and NaCl were used to simulate drought and salt stress(under the osmotic potential of-0.6 MPa)in this study.The plant height,root length,biomass,withering rate,plasma membrane permeability and relative water content of nine varieties of Elytrigia repens were measured under above conditions.The comprehensive evaluation of drought and salinity tolerance of the tested varieties were carried out by subordinate function and grey correlation methods to select optimal varieties and key evaluation indicators.The results showed that compared with the control,iso-osmotic drought and salinity stress significantly increased the withering rate and plasma membrane permeability of the tested varieties.And the plant height,root length,relative water content and biomass of the tested varieties were significantly decreased under iso-osmotic drought and salinity stresses.The effects of salt stress on the withering rate,root length,relative water content and leaf biomass were higher than those of drought stress under iso-osmotic stresses.According to the membership function analysis,the resistant performance of different varieties was not consistent under drought and salt stresses.E13 and E14 had better resistant performance compared with other varieties,which were worthy of further research and promotion.Grey correlation analysis showed that root length and plant height were highly correlated with drought and salinity tolerance of Elytrigia repens seedlings,which could be used as the key indicators for screening resistant varieties at seedling stage.
