摘  要:镰刀菌是一种世界广泛分布的植物病原真菌,能侵染粮食、经济、园艺和牧草等大量具有重要食用和经济价值的作物。孢子是镰刀菌的主要侵染和繁殖器官,在病害发生和循环中具有重要作用,孢子的数量及萌发状况直接影响着病害发生及危害程度。综述了环境条件(温度、pH值、湿度、光照、培养基等)和化学物质对镰刀菌孢子形成及萌发的影响、镰刀菌孢子形成与萌发的分子机理的研究进展,以期为深入研究镰刀菌的致病机理及其引起的病害防治提供理论依据。Fusarium spp.,a plant pathogenic fungus,is widely distributed in the world,with a wide range of hosts,which can infect a large number of crops with important edible and economic value,such as food crops,cash crops,horticultural crops and forages.Spore are the main infection and reproduction organs of Fusarium,which plays an important role in the occurrence and circulation of disease.The formation and germination of spore directly affect the damage degree of disease occurrence.This article reviewed the research progress of the effects of environmental conditions(Temperature,pH,humidity,light and culture medium)and chemical substances on the formation and germination of Fusarium spore,as well as the molecular mechanism of the formation and germination of Fusarium spore were reviewed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further research on the pathogenesis mechanism of Fusarium and the prevention and control of diseases caused Fusarium.
