摘　　要：体外循环是心血管外科手术中的重要辅助手段,体外膜肺氧合技术的应用为突发公共卫生事件中危重患者的救治提供了重要支持。作为心血管外科起步较晚的主动脉外科经过近些年的发展,取得了长足的进步和成果。本文通过追忆中华医学会胸心血管外科学分会的创始人苏鸿熙教授和孙衍庆教授的创业,回顾我国体外循环和主动脉外科的拓展与进步,以及对人民健康事业的贡献。Extracorporeal circulation is an important auxiliary method in cardiovascular surgery.The application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)provide important support for the treatment of critically patients in public health emergencies.Aortic surgery,which started late in cardiovascular surgery has made considerable progress and achievements after recent years of development.This article recalls the entrepreneurship of Professor Su Hongxi and Professor Sun Yanqing,the founders of the Chinese Society for Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery,and reviews the expansion and progress of cardiopulmonary bypass and aortic surgery in China,as well as their contributions to the cause of people’s health.
