摘 要:大吨位全地面起重机需安装超起装置以提高臂架承载能力。超起拉索的预紧对臂架性能有较大影响,预紧力大小由拉索长度决定。文中使用Hermite单元对超起拉索建模,建立带有超起装置的起重臂系统的有限元模型,研究了拉索预紧长度对起重性能的影响程度。计算结果表明,合理预紧的超起拉索可提高起重性能,但拉索长度过短时上下盖板的受力和稳定性将趋于危险状态。该研究可合理确定拉索长度,为超起拉索长度的控制提供理论依据。It is necessary to install the lifting device on the large tonnage all terrain crane to improve the bearing capacity of the boom.Pre-tightening of super-lifting cable has great influence on boom performance,and the pre-tightening force depends on the length of cable.The Hermite element was used to model the super-lifting cable,and the finite element model of the boom system with the super-lifting device was established,and the influence of the pre-tightening length of the cable on the lifting performance was analyzed.Calculation results showed that the super lifting cable with reasonable pre-tightening force can improve the lifting performance.However,when the cable length is too short,it will endanger the stress and stability of the upper and lower cover plates.Through this study,the length of cable can be determined reasonably,which provides theoretical basis for the control of the length of super-lifting cable.
