摘 要:近景摄影测量技术是一种新的无接触式测量手段,在港口起重机测量监测领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。文中针对传统摄影测量方法需要在被测目标上设置控制点的不利问题,设计了一种无控制点的摄影测量系统,阐述了该系统的结构设计、算法实现和实验验证,并通过室内、室外实验数据采集进行结果对比分析。在室内标定场的一次参数标定后,利用设计的移站算法,将摄影参数从室内标定场转换到港口实际测量场景中,从而实现被测目标在复杂场景中的快速无标定测量。实验数据表明,该方法的测量结果稳定、准确,满足工作要求,可以作为港口起重机的一种高效测量手段。As a new non-contact measurement method,close-range photogrammetry technology plays an increasingly important role in the field of port crane measurement and monitoring.Considering the inconvenience of setting control points on the measured target in the traditional photogrammetry method,a photogrammetry system without control points was designed.The structural design,algorithm and experimental verification of the system were described.The results were compared and analyzed according to the indoor and outdoor experimental data collection.After calibrating the parameters of the indoor calibration field,the photographic parameters were converted from the indoor calibration field to the actual measurement scene of the port through the developed station shifting algorithm,so that the measured target can be measured quickly without calibration in complex scenes.Experimental data show that the measurement results of this method are stable,accurate and can meet the work requirements,and can be used as an efficient measurement method for port cranes.
