摘　　要：通过模拟事故现场、建立尺寸链模型、还原事故经过的方法系统分析了某企业在使用1台电动葫芦门式起重机进行吊装作业时发生的索具从吊钩内脱落造成人员伤亡事故,对起重吊装作业中普遍容易忽视的作业计划、索具选用、吊钩防脱钩装置等问题提出了相应的意见和建议,以期达到警示效果,预防类似事故的发生。By simulating the accident scene,establishing the dimension chain model and restoring the accident process,this paper systematically analyzes the casualty accident caused by the sling falling off when an gantry crane with electric hoist is used in the hoisting operation of an enterprise,and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions on the operation plan,rigging selection,hook anti-unhooking device,etc.,which are generally overlooked in the hoisting operation,as a warning to prevent the occurrence of similar accidents.
