我国滑雪产业竞争力研究--基于五力模型分析

摘　　要：通过数据分析、文献资料研究等方法对我国滑雪产业的竞争力进行研究。五力模型是用来分析和提升产业竞争力重要模型,以波特五力模型为基础,从潜在进入者的进入威胁、买方议价能力、供方议价能力、替代品的威胁和行业内对手竞争五个方面进行分析。分析表明:我国滑雪产业结构失衡,生产制造业实力弱,亟需相关的产业系统提供服务和正向支持;大型度假型滑雪场议价能力更强,有潜力应对国际滑雪市场竞争;滑雪产业市场潜力大,行业内竞争激烈,应树立协同发展观念,规范市场竞争,抓住2022年北京冬奥带来的机会。Through data analysis, literature research and other methods to study the competitiveness of China’s ski industry. The five forces model is an important model used to analyze and promote industrial competitiveness, this paper analyzes the entry threat of potential entrants, the bargaining power of buyers, the bargaining power of suppliers, the threat of substitutes and the competition of competitors in the industry. The analysis shows that China’s ski industry structure imbalance, manufacturing strength is weak, in urgent need of the relevant industry and positive support system to provide the service;the ski industry has great market potential and industry competition, we should set up the concept of coordinated development, standardize the market competition,to seize the opportunities brought by the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
