摘　　要：冰雪文化是以冰雪为载体在主流文化下的特定区域的亚文化,有其物质和精神方面的规范,作为2022年冬季奥运会雪上项目主办地的张家口崇礼区,其中小学冰雪文化的传播与发展对赛会的成功举办具有重要的影响。崇礼区中小学冰雪文化传播存在冰雪文化传播者缺少、传播形式单一等问题。为促进冰雪文化传播与教学协调发展,可采取推进“冰雪运动进校园”活动落实,打造冰雪文化传播平台;加强对冰雪文化传播者的培训;冰雪文化融入中小学日常科目教学和校园活动;编制冰雪文化知识体系教材;利用多种方式传播冰雪文化等措施,促进冰雪文化传播与教学协调发展。The ice and snow culture is a subculture of a specific area under the mainstream culture with ice and snow as the carrier. It has its material and spiritual norms. As the host of the 2022 Winter Olympics snow events, the Chongli District of Zhangjiakou, where the spread and development of the ice and snow culture in elementary schools It has an important influence on the success of the tournament. The ice and snow culture communication in the primary and middle schools in Chongli District has the problems of lack of ice and snow culture disseminators and single communication form. In order to promote the coordinated development of ice and snow culture dissemination and teaching, the implementation of the "Ice and Snow Sports on Campus" activity can be taken to build a platform for the dissemination of ice and snow culture;strengthen the training of disseminators of ice and snow culture;integrate ice and snow culture into daily subject teaching and campus activities in primary and secondary schools;Teaching materials for ice and snow culture knowledge system;using various methods to spread ice and snow culture and other measures to promote the coordinated development of ice and snow culture dissemination and teaching.
