摘　　要：随着A公司的业务持续发展,市场规模的持续扩张,A公司的销售支持部门需要处理越来越多的返利合同业务,原来的手工流程变得越来越复杂,计算量越来越大。同时由于不能及时地在系统中反映出客户的返利情况,导致了决策部门无法及时做出相应的决策。在此基础上,通过用户需求分析,系统现状分析,系统设计,系统配置,增强开发等过程。实现了基于SAP的销售返利系统,该系统可以满足所有的业务需求,销售部门只需将商业合同中的条款填至系统中,则系统可以实现自动计算,自动计提,自动过账等功能,同时在最终结算时,可实现不同金额通过不同层级的工作流进行批复,保证了资金的安全。该系统可实时反应销售返利情况,大大提高了各部门的工作效率。As long as the continuous development of the business of Company A and the expansion of the market scale, the sales support department of Company A needs to deal with more and more rebate contract business. Previously they manually handle the rebate agreement hence the workload become very huge and the manual calculation become more and more complicate which is easily with error. also the rebate situation could not reflected in time, which lead the decision from the management team could not accurate. On this basis, after process demand analysis, system status analysis, system design, system configuration, ABAP language development, the rebate system been implemented into the SAP system of company A. This system can meet all requirements: the sales department only needs to input the rebate agreement based on the business contract, then the system can process automatic calculation, automatic accrual, automatic posting and other functions. At the same time, during the final settlement, workflow approval will go to different management person based on the rebate amount. The system can reflect the sales rebate situation in real time, and greatly improve the work efficiency of various departments.
