摘　　要：信息技术的蓬勃发展,为日常生产科技信息管理提供了焕然一新的管理方式。目前高等学校学生党员信息的管理面临着党员流动性大、人工管理方式任务量大、纸质材料不易保存等一系列问题。针对以上问题,研发一款操作简单、功能齐备的高校党员信息管理系统迫在眉睫。高校党员信息管理系统可以有效对学生党员信息资源进行整合管理,最大程度提高高等学校学生党员信息管理者的工作效率,使高校的党建工作更加严谨化、便捷化、安全化。采用SSM(Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis)框架研发高校党员信息管理系统,系统涵盖从申请入党到正式党员的一系列过程管理,使党员信息管理更加便捷、高效。系统经过功能及性能测试后、运行稳定、效果良好,具有较强的健壮性,达到预期开发目标。The vigorous development of information technology provides a new management mode for the daily production technology information management. At present, the management of the information of the student party members in Colleges and universities is faced with a series of problems such as the mobility of Party members, the large amount of tasks of manual management, and the difficulty of keeping paper materials. In view of the above problems, it is urgent to develop a party member information management system with simple operation and complete functions. The information management system of Party members in Colleges and universities can effectively integrate and manage the information resources of student party members,improve the work efficiency of the information managers of the students’ Party members in Colleges and universities to the greatest extent, and make the party construction work more rigorous, convenient and safe. The system covers a series of process management from applying for admission to the formal party members, which makes the Party member information management more convenient and efficient. After the function and performance test, the system is stable and has good effect, and has strong robustness, and reaches the expected development goal.
