摘 要:运营商网络能力对标分析有利于指导运营商的网络发展方向,实现对网络质量的宏观预警。但是,目前市场上缺乏有效真实、公开的数据用于分析运营商网络能力感知,因此无法通过数据手段深入分析运营商网络现状及发展趋势。第三方Speedtest测速平台上的"China Telecom Wuhan Branch"和"Wuhan Hello 5G"两个测速节点,仅2020年累计为各地区用户提供测速服务336万余次,其中为武汉用户提供服务超89万次,覆盖了武汉三家主流运营商的固网宽带、4G和5G用户。基于Speedtest测速平台上的数据,文章搜集并修正了2020年武汉运营商A、运营商B和运营商C的用户测速数据,对比分析了三家运营商固网宽带、4G网络和5G网络的用户体验带宽。The contrastive analysis of operators’ network capabilities is helpful for the development of operators’ network, and can play an early warning role of network quality at the macro level. However, the shortage of true, effective and open data, used to analyze the capability perception of operators’ network, makes it impossible to make a deep analysis of the status and the developing trend of operators’ network through data mining.In 2020, the China Telecom Wuhan Branch and the Wuhan Hello 5G, two server on the Speed-test which is a third-party speed-test platform,offered more than 3.36 million speed-test services to users in different areas.Meanwhile,more than 890,000 tests in 2020 were taken by users in Wuhan, including the fixed broadband, 4G and 5G users of three mainstream operators in Wuhan. Based on the data provided by the Speedtest platform, in this paper we firstly collect and correct the speed-test data of users of the Operator A, the Operator B and the Operator C in 2020. Then, for fixed broadband, 4G network and 5G network,a contrastive analysis of the mean bandwidth that users can experienceis made among those three operators in respect.
