摘 要:CHA型分子筛膜耐酸性强、稳定性高,在渗透汽化以及气体分离方面都表现出非常良好的性能,近些年来一直被广泛关注。CHA型分子筛膜有3种典型的代表:低硅菱沸石膜、SSZ-13分子筛膜与SAPO-34分子筛膜,针对这3种分子筛膜,从凝胶组成、加热方法以及有无添加有机模板剂等方面进行了阐述,重点介绍了如何降低成本,快速高效的合成缺陷较少且连续致密的膜层。此外,对于目前合成方法中需要改进的地方以及可以应用的方向进行了展望。CHA-type molecular sieve membrane has been widely concerned in recent years due to its strong acid resistance,high stability,and excellent performances both in pervaporation and gas separation. Low silica siderite membrane,SSZ-13 molecular membrane and SAPO-34 molecular membrane,three typical representatives of CHA-type molecular sieve membrane,are described in terms of gel composition,heating method,and the presence or absence of added template agents. It focuses on how to reduce costs,and synthesize quickly and efficiently a continuous dense membrane with fewer defects. In addition,the shortcomings of current synthesis method are expounded and potential application directions for these membranes are prospected.
