摘 要:针对苦卤水蒸发浓缩工艺高能耗、高成本的特点,将TVR与MVR 2种热泵节能技术应用于该工艺的节能研究,提出了TVR热泵及TVR耦合MVR热泵2种双效蒸发节能工艺。选用ELECNRTL电解质模型模拟该苦卤水体系,同时以能耗和年总费用(ATC)作为蒸发工艺的评价指标,对上述2种节能工艺进行模拟以及优化。研究结果表明,与常规双效蒸发工艺相比,TVR热泵双效蒸发工艺能耗平均减少61.5%,ATC平均节省70.3%;而TVR耦合MVR热泵双效蒸发工艺能耗平均减少71.4%,ATC平均节省69.3%。与TVR热泵双效蒸发工艺相比,TVR耦合MVR热泵双效蒸发工艺能耗平均减少25.8%。由各自ATC计算结果可知,对于电力资源丰富的区域,选用TVR耦合MVR热泵双效蒸发工艺较为合适,而对于淡水资源丰富的区域,选用TVR热泵双效蒸发工艺更为合适。In the light of the characteristics of bittern evaporation process,such as high energy consumption and high cost,thermal vapor recompression( TVR) heat pump and mechanical vapor recompression( MVR) heat pump technologies are both applied to conventional evaporation process. TVR heat pump double-effect evaporation process and TVR coupled MVR heat pump double-effect evaporation process are proposed for energy conservation. ELECNTRAL electrolyte model is used to simulate this bittern system,and energy consumption and annual total cost( ATC) are chosen as objective functions to simulate and optimize these two processes. Study results show that compared with conventional double-effect evaporation process,TVR heat pump double-effect evaporation process can save energy consumption by61. 5% and ATC by 70. 3%,respectively,and TVR coupled MVR heat pump double-effect evaporation process can save energy consumption by 71. 4% and ATC by 69. 3%,respectively. Compared with TVR heat pump double-effect evaporation process,TVR coupled MVR heat pump double-effect evaporation process save energy consumption by25. 8%. Considering ATC of each process,TVR coupled MVR heat pump double-effect evaporation process is more suitable for areas rich in power resources,and TVR heat pump double-effect evaporation process is more suitable for areas rich in water resource.
