摘  要:由于挤奶厅废水污染源集中,流量小且浓度高,受到国家及奶牛场场主的重视。传统的废水处理方法存在污染物去除率较低、运行成本高的弊病。为了解决新西兰某奶牛场挤奶厅废水的处理问题,本文试验采用无滗水器SBR工艺作为核心处理工艺对废水进行处理并回用。结果表明,该工艺运行维护费用较低,对废水中的COD、BOD、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、总磷(TP)均保证了高处理率,达到了《家畜养殖业污染物排放标准》,同时能够满足挤奶厅冲洗回用的要求。说明无滗水器SBR作为国内外奶牛场挤奶厅废水处理具备可行性与借鉴意义。Due to the concentrated pollution sources of wastewater in the milking parlor,the small flow and high concentration,it has attracted the attention of the country and dairy farmers.Traditional wastewater treatment methods have the disadvantages of low pollutant removal rate and high operating cost.In order to solve the problem of wastewater treatment in the milking room of a dairy farm in New Zealand,this paper uses the decanter-free SBR process as the core treatment process to treat and reuse the wastewater.The results show that the operation and maintenance cost of the process is low,and the high treatment rate of COD,BOD,NH_(3)-N,and TP in the wastewater is guaranteed.It meets the"Pollutant Discharge Standard for Livestock Farming Industry"and can meet the milking room Requirements for flushing and recycling.It shows that the non-decanter SBR has the feasibility and reference significance as the wastewater treatment of milking rooms in dairy farms at home and abroad.
