摘  要:采用酸对硅藻土进行提纯改性,再吸附含钾钠离子的聚醚多元醇。研究结果表明:提纯剂浓度为6.5%的氯化氢水溶液和7%的冰乙酸水溶液,提纯温度60℃,改性剂浓度为1.5%的L-酒石酸水溶液、改性时间为12 h时,改性硅藻土加入量为聚醚多元醇的3%,可使聚醚多元醇中钾钠离子含量由95μg·g^(-1)和20μg·g^(-1)分别降至0.7μg·g^(-1)和0.9μg·g^(-1)。Diatomite was purified and modified by acid, and then polyether polyol containing potassium and sodium ions was adsorbed. The results showed that the content of potassium and sodium ions in polyether polyol could be reduced from 95 μg·g^(-1) and 20 μg·g^(-1) to 0.7 μg·g^(-1) and 0.9 μg·g^(-1) respectively when the concentration of hydrogen chloride and glacial acetic acid were 6.5% and 7%, the purification temperature was 60 ℃, the mass fractions of L-tartaric acid was 1.5%, the modification time was 12 h and the amount of modified diatomite was 3% of polyether polyol.
