摘  要:延长油田某联合站污水处理系统主工艺设施存在缺陷,并缺失辅助设施,造成过滤设备难以适应运行工况,主要设施结垢腐蚀严重,已不能正常工作。通过技术改造,采用"气浮+粗滤+超滤"的处理工艺,解决了污水处理系统结垢严重、出水水质差的问题,出水达到含油量≤3 mg·L^(-1)、悬浮物质量浓度≤2mg·L^(-1)、粒径中值≤2μm的注水水质指标,并且水处理费用也由12元·m^(-3)降至8.41元·m^(-3)。The main process facilities of the sewage treatment system in a combined station of Yanchang oilfield are defective and lack of auxiliary facilities, which makes the filter equipment difficult to adapt to the operating conditions, and the main facilities are seriously corroded and cannot work normally. Through technical transformation, the treatment process of "air floatation + coarse filtration + ultrafiltration" was adopted to solve the problems of serious scaling in the sewage treatment system and poor effluent quality. The effluent reached the water quality index of oil content≤3 mg·L^(-1), suspended solids content≤2 mg·L^(-1) and median particle size≤2 μm, and the water treatment cost was reduced from 12 Yuan·m^(-3) to 8.41 Yuan·m^(-3).
