摘  要:通过对双边箱型栓焊组合梁钢梁制孔工艺的选择、制孔偏差可能引起的杆件连接竖向和轴线偏差、安装冲钉、安装螺栓与栓孔间隙配合下对上述偏差的修正补偿量进行研究,从而分析在现有制孔设备和制孔工艺条件下,栓焊组合梁桥钢梁杆件加工后以试装工艺取代全桥预拼装工艺的可行性。Through the selection of drilling hole procedure of steel beam,the connecting rod vertical and axis deviation possibly caused by drilling deviation,installing the punch pin,clearance fit between installing bolts and bolts holes the correction compensation of above deviation of the bolted and welded steel-concrete combination box girder is researched.Under the current drilling equipment and procedure,after the steel beam members of bolted and welded composite girder bridge is produced,that the feasibility of the trial assembly process replaces the preassembly of the whole bridge is analyzed.
