摘 要:依托广州地铁8号线北延段平沙站—聚龙站区间盾构到达接收工程,在借鉴以往盾构钢套筒接收经验的基础上,深入研究了在城市不利工况下泥水平衡盾构接收技术,提出了泥水平衡盾构钢套筒泥浆承压接收技术,详细介绍了该技术的实施要点。实施效果表明,采用泥水平衡盾构钢套筒泥浆承压接收技术能确保盾构机安全、高效接收,有效避免了盾构接收过程中的各项风险,为盾构机到达接收提供了新的参考和借鉴。The arrival and reception project of shield tunnel between Pingsha station and Julong station in Guangzhou Metro line 8 is taken as an example.On the base of the previous shield steel sleeve receiving experience,the slurry shield receiving technology is studied intensively under unfavorable urban conditions.A pressure bearing receiving technology of slurry balance shield steel sleeve is presented and its'key construction emphasis is described in details.The result shows that the technology can ensure shield machine receive safely and efficiently,avoid all risks in the process.It provides new reference for similar projects.
