摘　　要：以某城镇污水处理厂为例,介绍了将剩余污泥回流至初沉池的改造设计工艺,通过利用初沉池底部空间将剩余污泥和初沉污泥混合浓缩,以减少后续污泥处理二次加药,提高了脱水机固体回收率;并在改造设计中将初沉排泥系统增加污泥浓度计接入PLC系统,提高了该城镇污水处理厂自动化控制的程度。该工程可为污水处理厂的剩余污泥回流至初沉池设计提供借鉴参考。Taken an urban sewage treatment plant as an example,the modification design of the residual sludge return to the primary settling tank was introduced.By using the bottom space of the tank,the residual sludge and the primary settling sludge were mixed and concentrated to reduce the 2nd dosing for subsequent sludge treatment so that the solid recovery rate of the dehydrator was improved;During the modification design,sludge concentration meter was added to the primary settling and sludge system,then was connected to the PLC system.The degree of automatic control of plant was improved.This project can provide reference for the design of the residual sludge reflux to the primary sedimentation tank in sewage treatment plant.
