罗山县40例新型冠状病毒肺炎CT征象分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎的CT表现,提高对新型冠状病毒肺炎的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经核酸检测确诊的40例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的CT表现。结果40例患者的CT表现中,出现磨玻璃密度影28例,结节伴晕征和反晕征9例,实变4例,铺路石征2例,其中磨玻璃密度影合并实变1例,磨玻璃影合并结节2例,合并少量胸腔积液1例,均未见肺门及纵隔淋巴结肿大。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎的CT表现复杂多样,但具有一定特征性,在进行疾病诊断时需认真分析CT表现并密切结合临床和流行病学史。Objective To investigate the CT manifestations of COVID-19 and improve the diagnosis of COVID-19.Methods The CT findings of 40 patients with new-type coronavirus pneumonia confirmed by nucleic acid test were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the CT findings of 40 patients,28 had ground glass density shadows,9 had nodules with halo signs and anti-halo signs,4 had consolidation,and 2 had paving stones.1 case had ground-glass density combined with consolidation,2 cases had ground-glass combined with nodules,and 1 was combined with a small amount of pleural effusion.No hilar and mediastinal lymphadenopathy were seen.Conclusion The CT manifestations of the new coronavirus pneumonia are complex and diverse,but have certain characteristics.The diagnosis of CT needs to be carefully analyzed and closely combined with clinical and epidemiological history.
