128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像与选择性冠状动脉造影在冠心病诊断中的应用价值对比

摘　　要：目的比较128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像和选择性冠状动脉造影在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2018年12月至2019年12月已确诊的88例冠心病患者,所有患者均接受128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像和选择性冠状动脉造影检查,比较2种方法的检查结果。结果在所选病例的320个冠状动脉血管节段中,128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像可以被用于评价的节段占92%,与选择性冠状动脉造影检查比较,其诊断符合率为93.34%;而冠状动脉中度和重度狭窄符合率为83.44%。结论128层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影诊断冠心病是一种无创影像学检查方法,具有较高的图像质量和诊断准确率,值得在临床上作进一步推广及运用。Objective To compare the value of 64-row spiral computed tomography and selective coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 88 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019.All patients received 128-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and selective coronary angiography,and the results of the two methods were compared.Results Of the 320 selected coronary artery segments,128-slice spiral CT coronary angiography accounted for 92%of the segments that could be evaluated.Compared with the selective coronary angiography,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 93.34%.The coincidence rate of moderate and severe coronary stenosis was 83.44%.Conclusion 128-slice spiral CT coronary angiography is a non-invasive imaging method for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,with high image quality and diagnostic accuracy.It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
