机关党内政治文化建设现实困境与实践路径

摘　　要：由于受社会多元文化、封建腐朽文化影响,仍存在党内政治文化制度建设相对滞后、党员党性修养缺失、党员行为水平参差不齐、党内组织生活重形式轻实效等问题。机关党内政治文化建设应以思想引领、制度约束和行为规范为切入点,加强党组织制度建设、构建党组织品牌文化、匡正个人行为文化。加强党员理论文化、党性修养的提升,在制度框架下、载体平台建设基础上、文化品牌效应氛围中着力提升党性修养与组织文化高度融合。Due to the influence of social multiculturalism and feudal decadent culture,there are still some problems,such as the relative lag in the construction of Inner-Party political and cultural system,the lack of party spirit cultivation of Party members,the uneven level of Party members'behavior,and the emphasis on form rather than actual effect in Inner-Party organizational life.The construction of Inner-Party political culture should take ideological guidance,institutional constraints and code of conduct as the starting point,strengthen the construction of Party organization system,build Party organization brand culture and correct the individual behavior culture.Strengthen the improvement of Party members'theoretical culture and Party spirit cultivation,and strive to improve the high integration of Party spirit cultivation and organizational culture under the institutional framework,on the basis of carrier platform construction and in the atmosphere of cultural brand effect.
