摘  要:针对电渗析法含盐水浓缩过程中有机物迁移对高浓度盐水纯度及后续蒸发结晶过程的影响,开展了有机物电解质在电渗析过程中的迁移规律的研究。选择苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠4种典型有机物,研究了电流、NaCl浓度、有机物浓度、淡室溶液pH等因素对上述有机物迁移通量的影响。实验结果表明,有机酸及其盐的迁移通量随着电流、有机物初始浓度、淡室pH的增加而增加,随着氯化钠初始浓度的增加而降低。有机酸及其盐的电迁移受离子化程度、分子尺寸及结构共同影响,不同条件下上述作用对有机物迁移过程影响程度不同。而在恒定电流下,NaCl浓度、有机物浓度、淡室溶液pH和有机物种类对NaCl和水的迁移均无明显影响。The migration of organic electrolytes in the electrodialysis concentration process was investigated,which can affect the purity of high salinity brine and the operation of subsequent evaporation and crystallization processes.Four typical organics(benzoic acid,sodium benzoate,citric acid,and sodium citrate)were selected.Effects of current,NaCl concentration,organics concentration,and pH value on the migration flux were studied.The results show that the migration flux of organic acids and their salts increased with the increase of current,initial concentration of organics,and pH value of dilute solution,and decreased with the increase of initial concentration of NaCl solution.The migration of organic acids and their salts was affected by the degree of ionization,molecular size,and molecular structure,which showed different effects on the migration process of organics under different conditions.The concentration of NaCl and organics and the pH value have few effects on the migration of NaCl and water with constant current in this experiment.
