摘 要:以纳米纤维素(NCC)为辅助模板剂制备了介孔分子筛(SBA-16-NCC),负载金属镍后制备了Ni/SBA-16-NCC介孔加氢脱芳催化剂。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、程序升温还原(H_(2)-TPR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对催化剂进行了表征,并评价了催化性能。结果表明,与Ni/SBA-16相比,Ni/SBA-16-NCC的介孔有序度和比表面积更高,介孔孔径更大,且表面有残留的有机官能团,这些有利于反应分子的扩散以及活性组分的分散和还原。相同反应条件下催化剂活性提高约40%,十氢萘选择性提高约50%,在硫化物存在的条件下,Ni/SBA-16-NCC的活性和选择性也明显高于Ni/SBA-16,萘转化率可达76%,十氢萘选择性接近70%。Mesoporous molecular sieve(SBA-16-NCC)was prepared with nano crystalline cellulose(NCC)as the auxiliary template,and used to support nickel for obtaining Ni/SBA-16-NCC mesoporous catalysts.The catalysts were characterized with X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),N2 adsorption desorption,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results show that compared with Ni/SBA-16,Ni/SBA-16-NCC has higher mesopores order and specific surface area,larger mesoporous pore size and residual organic functional groups on the surface,which are beneficial for the diffusion of reaction molecules and the dispersion and reduction of active components.Under the same reaction conditions the activity of the catalyst and the selectivity of decalin increased by 40%and 50%,respectively.In the presence of the sulfide,the activity and selectivity of Ni/SBA-16-NCC were also significantly higher than that of Ni/SBA-16.The conversion of naphthalene can reach 76%and the selectivity of decalin is close to 70%.
