我国青少年体育核心素养的培养路径探究

摘　　要：青少年体育教育是我国国民教育体系的重要构成部分。提升我国青少年体育核心素养,是落实中国学生发展核心素养在体育方向的实践体现,是新时代我国青少年体育教育工作和学校体育教育工作的基本原则之一,同时也是提升我国青少年身心健康全面发展的根本需要。该文主要采用文献分析法,阐述了核心素养、体育核心素养、青少年核心素养的概念。以中国学生发展核心素养为理论依据,提出我国青少年体育核心素养构成要素的3个维度和6个基本点。鉴于此,提出培养我国青少年体育核心素养的路径:加强学校体育工作的重视程度,保障学校体育活动的开展;改变传统的体育教学方式,培养青少年体育核心素养;结合体育教学内容,树立青少年终身体育意识。Youth physical education is an important part of our national education system.To improve the core literacy of Chinese youth sports is the practical embodiment of the core literacy of Chinese students'development in the direction of sports.It is one of the basic principles of Chinese youth physical education and school physical education in the new era.At the same time,it is also the fundamental need to improve the comprehensive development of Chinese youth physical and mental health.This paper mainly uses the method of literature analysis to elaborate the concept of core literacy,sports core literacy and youth core literacy.Based on the theory of Chinese students'development of core literacy,this paper puts forward three dimensions and six basic points of the elements of Chinese youth sports core literacy.In view of this,this paper puts forward the path of cultivating the core literacy of youth sports in China:strengthening the importance of school sports work,ensuring the development of school sports activities;changing the traditional sports teaching methods,cultivating the core literacy of youth sports;combining with the sports teaching content,and establishing the youth lifelong sports consciousness.
