摘 要:在男子400m跨栏竞赛中,运动员普遍会出现“跳栏”和“捣小步”的问题,严重影响到运动员的竞赛速度和质量。究其原因,在于运动员缺乏两腿轮换的方法,缺乏全程班节奏意识,导致运动员难以充分发挥训练成果,影响竞赛成绩。而通过合理的全程跑节奏训练,可以帮助运动员合理分配体力,充分发挥下肢肌肉的力量,使全程跑过程更加轻松、流畅。该文结合男子400m跨栏跑的节奏问题,探析全程跑的节奏设计策略,提出相应的训练方法。In the men's 400m hurdle race,athletes generally have the problems of"jumping"and"pounding small steps",which seriously affect the speed and quality of athletes'competition.The reason lies in the lack of two leg rotation method and rhythm consciousness of the whole class,which makes it difficult for athletes to give full play to the training results and affect the competition results.Through the reasonable rhythm training of the whole course,it can help athletes to distribute their physical strength reasonably,give full play to the strength of lower limb muscles,and make the whole process more easier and smoother.This paper combines the rhythm of men's 400m hurdle race.This paper analyzes the rhythm design strategy of the whole run and puts forward the corresponding training methods.
