摘　　要：培养高素质的大学生对于我国社会主义事业建设具有重要意义,思想素质是大学生基本素质的重要内容,对于今后的工作和发展都具有重要作用,对于现阶段而言,培养大学生的国家荣誉感、民族自豪感、良好的团队精神是非常必要的。体育活动具有其特定的特点,在进行大学生培养思想素质教育上具有独特的优势,以体育活动为媒介,进行思想素质和身体素质的双重教育,不仅能够拓宽心理素质和思想素质的教育途径,同时也极大地丰富了体育活动的内涵。Cultivating high-quality college students is of great significance to the construction of China's socialist cause.Ideological quality is an important part of college students'basic quality,which plays an important role in the future work and development.For the present stage,it is very necessary to cultivate college students'sense of national honor,national pride and good team spirit.Sports activities have their specific characteristics,and have unique advantages in the ideological quality education of college students.Taking sports activities as the media to carry out the dual education of ideological quality and physical quality can not only broaden the educational channels of psychological quality and ideological quality,but also greatly enrich the connotation of sports activities.
