全民运动健身模范市创建背景下的体育社团特色发展策略研究——以南阳市体育健身模特运动协会为例

摘　　要：在全民运动健身模范市创建过程中,体育社团应积极承担社会责任,以满足政府、社会和组织成员个体需求为出发点,在全民健身组织保障体系建设、政策保障体系建设及全民健身公共服务水平提升等方面发挥积极作用。南阳市体育健身运动模特协会,以体育竞赛表演为平台探索体育社团多元化、品牌化、融合化和实体化发展新机制;跨项目跨界合作发展,构建多元化特色组织网络;创建特色竞赛表演品牌,助推全民健身公共服务水平提升;融合发展,助力全民健身政策保障体系构建;实体化发展,促进体育竞赛表演产业发展。During the process of building a model city of national sports and fitness,sports associations should take responsibility actively to meet the requirements of government,society and the individual member in f itness organization.Sports associations should play a positive role in the construction of guarantee system for national fitness organization,the construction of policy guarantee system,the improvement of public service standard of national fitness and some other aspects.Nanyang sports fitness model association explores the new mechanism of diversification,branding,integration and entity development of sports associations by taking sports competition performance as the platform;that is build a diversified characteristic organization network by making cross-project and crossover cooperation and development;create a brand of unique competition performance to promote the capability of public fitness service;build a national fitness policy guarantee system through the implementation of integration development;promote the development of sports competition performance industry through the entity development.
