济南市章丘区高中啦啦操发展现状与对策研究

摘　　要：该文通过调查探析济南市章丘区高中啦啦操发展现状,分析其影响因素,并提出相关推广对策,促进啦啦操与学校体育的融合,使其为学生身心健康发展发挥作用。结果显示:(1)学生参与啦啦操的目的大多趋向于升学,极少数学生是出于兴趣爱好;(2)啦啦操开展形式以社团形式开展为主,少数学生参与;(3)缺乏专业啦啦操教练,采用外聘形式每周一次到校指导,难以产生良好的训练效果;(4)学生缺乏比赛经验;(5)男女比例失调,女生较多。建议:(1)啦啦操的发展要得到学校的大力支持,引进专业啦啦操教练,安排足够的训练时间;(2)将啦啦操以课间操的形式大力开展,使学生都能参与其中,激发其兴趣;(3)各校啦啦操教师联合举办啦啦操友谊赛,积极参加啦啦操联赛,促进啦啦操的推广;(4)协调好学生的学习与训练。Through investigation and analysis of the current situation of cheerleading development in middle schools in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City,this paper analyzes its influencing factors,and puts forward relevant promotion countermeasures to promote the integration of cheerleading and school physical education,so as to play a role in the healthy development of students'body and mind.The results show that:(1)the purpose of students'participation in cheerleading tends to go to college,and a few students tend to be interested in it;(2)cheerleading is mainly carried out in the form of community,with a small number of students participating in;(3)lack of professional cheerleading coach,the use of external form once a week to guide the school,it is difficult to produce good training effect;(4)the students are lack of competition experience;(5)the ratio of male and female is out of balance.Suggestions:(1)the development of cheerleading should be strongly supported by the school,professional cheerleading coaches should be introduced and enough training time should be arranged;(2)cheerleading will be vigorously carried out in the form of interval aerobics,so that students can participate in it and stimulate their interest;(3)cheerleading teachers of all schools jointly hold cheerleading friendly competitions,actively participate in cheerleading league matches,and increase the promotion of cheerleading;(4)coordinate the study and training of students;.
