摘　　要：篮球协会实体化改革是促进我国篮球事业蓬勃发展的必由之路。该研究通过运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对我国篮球协会实体化改革历程及其中存在的问题进行研究,在此基础上,对我国篮球协会实体化改革未来路径提出相应对策。研究认为:中国篮球协会实体化改革由来已久,到目前为止虽然取得了一定的成效,但是实体化改革依然存在职能关系不明、发展动力不足、独立性不高等问题。在此基础上,未来我国篮球协会实体化改革应该加快去行政化以明确职能关系、完善内部管理结构以加强发展动力、完成资金独立并重视人才引进。The substantial reform of Basketball Association is the only way to promote the vigorous development of China's basketball industry.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper studies the process and existing problems of the substantive reform of China's Basketball Association.On this basis,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the future path of the substantive reform of China's Basketball Association.The research shows that:the substantive reform of China Basketball Association has a long history,although it has achieved certain results so far,there are still some problems in the substantive reform,such as unclear functional relationship,lack of development motivation and low independence.On this basis,the future substantive reform of China's Basketball Association should speed up the de administration,clarify the functional relationship,improve the internal management structure,strengthen the development power,complete the independent capital,and pay attention to the introduction of talents.
