摘　　要：该文以揭阳市空港经济区渔湖镇榕江悦府项目9#楼工程的建筑施工图和结构设计说明、工程量清单项目计量规范(2013-广东)和广东省房屋建筑与装饰工程综合定额(2018)为编制依据,利用广联达BIM土建计量平台GTJ2021以及广联达云计价平台GCCP6.0进行建模算量和套价,部分零星构件利用手动算量来补充。商务标的编制主要包括工程量清单复核、定额工程量计算和投标报价等内容。根据规范文件完成该项目土建部分商务标的编制。The paper is based on the construction drawing and structural design description of a residential building 9 of Rong jiang Yuefu project in Jieyang Airport Economic Zone,the valuation specification of bill of quantities of construction engineering in 2013 and the comprehensive quota of housing construction and decoration engineering in Guangdong Province in 2018,and uses the GML BIM civil engineering measurement platform GTJ2021 and GML cloud valuation platform GCCP6.0 to model the calculation quantity and set price,some sporadic components are supplemented by manual calculation.The preparation of the commercial bid mainly includes the review of the bill of quantities,the calculation of the quota quantities and the bidding quotation.According to the specification documents,complete the preparation of the commercial bid for the civil part of the project.
